Old live rock in a B/W tank?

Ok so i found like 10 pounds of my old live rock at my sisters (she had put it outside next to the porch for years.) So I bleached it and washed it really good about 3 times over and over. I put it in my brackish tank. The thing I am thinking is that it will seed from the bacteria I have in my tank so i can just add more base rock in the future instead of spending money on live rock and maybe getting something I dont want in my tank. As for coraline algea my LFS has already said that they will give my scrapeing off there rock that I can sead my tank with when I make the transition.

Just want to make sure this will work and im not missing anything important.

Also My tanks SG never goes under 1.016 and normally stays at 1.017-1.019 now. So im just under full S/W.

Is there a reason why my tank looks a little cloudy after putting it in it was spottles maybe just some of the rock is leaching or something? I have it sitting right under the filter flow.
