Hi,
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 10
i have set up the tank for over 1 year. i have a congo puffer been with for 10 month. I notice that these days he doesn't eat much at all and when i feed him blood worm, he would suck couple of them and spit out right away and later just go into the sand. I notice he has fluffy things on his mouth I assume it's mouth fungus. I have been treating Melafix and Pimafix these days for about 1 week already and I just added some salt from API in the tank. I did about 40 % of water yesterday with Prime, I do water change every saturday. my tank size is 22 Gal. I have shrimps in there as feeders but he doesn't seem to be able to get them these days. I'm now wondering should I use any stronger medicine or is there medicine i can bath him into? Thank you.

If you have had your congo for 10months im assuming he/she is around 3-4inches at that size the dont need to be fed every day and should be fed 3 times a week and as they get older you feed less often, mine will not eat bloodworms anymore and prefers meatier foods like earthworm, mussel, silver sides and raw human shell on shrimp..
my congo will not eat when not hungry and she will only eat till its belly is round and no matter what ur feeding her whether its her fave food she isnt greedy and refuses to eat anymore..i think thats the case with most lurker species unlike hunters which will eat and eat

Yeah, please post tank parameters and the Q's in Red so we have a better idea of what's going on. Also if you can get a picture it may help.

I feed him every other day so pretty much 3 times a week and I have ghost shrimp in the tank if he is hungry. i also put golden snail in the tank and i notice there were lots of small snail later on in my tank which my congo would eat them sometimes. do you mean the tank size meter? I will go home and check as i'm at work at this moment. I know it's a 22 gals tank.

so i wasn't able to take a picture last night, there is only a bit of fluffy things on his mouth. i took out a ghost shrimp and cut the tail off so the congo can easily chase the shrimp and eat it. he didn't go after the shrimp, instead he went under the sand and hide. do you guys know what's going on? thanks.

Is the fluffy stuff coming from inside his mouth, or is it around the outside?

it's around his mouth, it doesn't seems like it's coming out from inside of his mouth.
