I have a f8 she is about an inch and a half and she keeps getting her right pectoral fin stuck in her gill. this seriously stresses her out and makes he breathe heavy and then she starts bottom sitting and loses her color until she gets it out. Once she gets it out she is fine. But it just keeps happening for like hours at a time. when i feed her she finds a quick way to get it out. but when she isnt eating she jut gets it stuck, over and over again. is there anything i can do?

I have never herd of that one b4. Sounds more like a clamped fin. Meaning that there is more going on then just a fin getting stuck.

I've heard of it a few times. Never heard of it stressing them out like that though.

What are your water tests reading. I'd assume if that's happening, there's something off in the water. Hence causing ur lil guy to breath heavily and suck it in or clamp them or one. I never heard of a fish ever sucking it's fins into it's gills literally sound weird.
