Can i keep a Canthigaster solandri with a Canthigaster valentini?

Depends. In a large enough (as in enormous) tank with a great number of hiding spots and decorations to break up the line of sight, you can keep almost any aggressive species together - but in general, it's not a good idea to mix puffers.
