At my LFS theres some that look exactly like that, unfortunatly though they're just called "red eye puffers" not very useful..

I like the picture of the GSP thrown in there for good measure...

Haha.

They got back to me and it's a lorteti. You'd think you'd include that information if you knew it...

That's my picture of my Green Spotted Puffer... You'd think if someone was going to use it on a commercial website they'd have the courtesy to ask first. >:[

Are you serious! Contact them and tell them off then. That's completely inappropriate.

Probably just found it on Google Images. No way to contact the photographer.

True. I'd be really ticked though.

Not right to use photos of fish that aren't your fish to sell your fish. If you're using someone else's photos then you'd better say so and that is in fact not the fish for sale.

Yeah, it totally... well, had, my name right on it >.>; I'm sure they got it from google images, it's one of the first images that come up, but it's accompanied with an article I wrote and a link to my website, along with my e-mail...

I e-mailed them about it. I don't mind my pictures being used for personal sites, or even commercial sites, but I like to be notified and I definitely expect to be credited for it. I'm mostly irritated that they shrunk down the image so much you can't even see my watermark. I asked them to either take it down or put up a link to my website. We'll see.

Let me know what happens. If it isn't satisfactory then I won't be buying anything from them.

I'll post a generic question of this sort on a local forum as well (if they don't please you).

They e-mailed me back, apologized, and took down the photo. :)
