Substituting Natural Prey: Help?

So I'm asking for an 80-120g tank for my birthday (June), and have been doing loads of research the past week or so. Some of you may remember when I was asking about macroalgae reefs last year- well, that's what I want to create now. A temperate macroalgae reef. Not only that, however. I will also, or would like to, anyway, be adding a group of Naked Sea Butterflies (Clione Limacina) to the tank (if I happen to stumble across their path). The little guys (NSB) eat mainly Sea Butterflies of the order thecosomata, in this case Limacina Retroversa. I'm obviously going to have to substitute something for them, as there is no way I will be able to keep up a sufficient and stable population of them (and it's unlikely I'll find them in the first place, for that matter!). What do you guys suggest? For the reef, I will be using my own, homemade mix of fish eggs, liquid zooplankton (advise on a product needed), shrimp (the ones we eat), artemia // brine shrimp, clams (shell on) or cockles (shell on), some type of fish (as of now undecided), some pelleted algae // dried seaweed (undecided) and some marine fish flakes. I will also have my own phytoplankton culture, which will likely take some trial and error before I get it right. There will also, I'm sure, be some prey in the tank that I am not putting in myself. WIll all of this be enough to just forget about the L. Retroversa?

Many thanks,

Brent.
