Problem in feeding

So I just recently recieved my puffer in the mail and it seems I have the wrong order, instead of being a Carinotetraodon lorteti, she turned out to be a Carinotetraodon salivator. At first I was angered in not getting what I ordered and being the first time I ordered a fish online but after doing some research I realized my rare puffer was a lucky mistake. The problem I am having with her is that she will not eat dead or frozen food. Tried bloods worms and frozen squid, clams, and shrimp...but nothing. Then a suprise one of the guppies that I had used to help cycle my tank survived and was quite large now and she attacked and killed the poor sucker. She tried nibbling at him with no luck so I broke the guppie into two parts (very gross) but after she wanted nothing to do with it. I am getting her live food today but I really don't want a nothing tank to breed food for her...is there any way I can turn her diet to frozen food fast?
