I have a A. modestus that is about 2" long and has teeth overgrown problems. I have looked through the library and have tried to perform the teeth trimming but his mouth is too small for the trimming. Is there any other way to do this??? I cant get the clipper inside his mouth without grabbing his lip( which i do'nt wanna clip off)

Pull his lip back. I have trimmed 1" SAP's teeth. You may need an extra set of hands.

I know exactly how you feel, I've got a irrubesco female that's got a very small mouth but has dental issues, and I just can't see well enough to do it. I got someone younger who works with models and can see little things better than I can.
Also, a jewelers head-worn loupe ( for lack of a better word) might work as well, to get a better look.

You might want to start breeding snails. I've given my modestus snails several times per week since I've had him (8 months) and his teeth are fine.

Also available in camping supply stores, and even the evil Wal-Mart.
