WEbsite isn't that great but lots of people say her service is excellent.

http://www.aquabid.com is a good place to shop for snails too, just watch feedback and shipping rates

I used to send her excess java moss. One batch was comtanimated with Dwarf Neon Rainbow eggs so I warned her. She hatched and established the line for her stuff as well. A very nice lady, not really deeply knowledgeable, but accomplished at the low-tech setup.

These guys are on my home forum and great to deal with, they also ship just not sure if they ship to the States. $5/40 ramshorns is quite a good deal.

I also got mine from Wilma. I ordered a bunch of Ramshorns and she gave me plenty of extras. No DOA's and very low price. In about 3 weeks I had hundreds of babies, and now I can no longer even see my gravel. My puffers decided they don't like snails, so now I supply snails to co-workers for there puffers.

go to other forums like theplantedtank.net, or aquariumcentral.com

in other forums, some people consider them pests, as opposed to here where they are food. you can usually get people to send you handfulls of them for just the price of shipping. i do it all the time for my puffer and loaches

Wilma doesn't seem to have them, when I looked yesterday. I'm also looking for some.

Aw, thanks but I ordered a bunch of them off Aquabid last night! I appreciate the offer - maybe someone else will take you up on it.

Everyone who has picked up puffers from me have gone away with a couple of rams horns so they can grow them on themselves and get a colony going.

I always buy mine off eBay when I need a top up. I've got 3 tanks that seem to be doing pretty good for breeding ramshorn, but due to having so many puffers, I do run out from time to time and need to "top up" and that's when I hit eBay. :)

I posted a "wanted" ad on cCraigslist and found a girl that gave me 40+ dime size ramshorns in trade. I gave her 4 cherry barbs that I got from a Petland that was going out of business for 75% off. We both were happy. She kinda breeds snails and chery shrimp and said I could have more when/if I need them.

So keep Craigslist in mind too.

Hi,

Although im new on the forum, I wasn't intending to promote any kind of business. I have puffers of my own and wanted to meet like minded people.

However since the question has been asked, I am based in Berkshire in the UK, I have a Red Ramshorn snail farm and sell my snails on ebay at reasonable prices.

Some of you may even have bought off me in the past.

Anyway if your interested then let me know and I'll point you in the direction of my ebay snails.

Ok im off to ask loads of questions now.
Paul
