These are my fur-babies! The grey and white one is Captain I found her at an abandon house in the country she's about 6 months old now, The tortoise shell one is Sadona. We adopted her from a rescue when she was 9 months old she's three now. The big grey tabby is Oliver my big tomcat. I adopted him from a rescue as well he'd been at the shelter for two years! He's 4 now. I just love my Kitties they are a bit overwhelming at times

P.S.

awwww  i have 2 torties! this is the most comical one... haha her name is lady, but we call her chakka from the movie land of the lost because she chatters like the character in the movie... miss kitty isnt too keen on pictures... so i dont have one of her... shes got a bit of an attitude sometimes and only cares about eating... chakka however, could go like a month without food and wouldnt even care as long as she has her toys lol, not that we do that to her... we feed her every day

Lady is so cute Kilfey! Are your tortoise shells super soft? Sadona seems much softer than the other two lol

yes, lady AKA chakka, is extremely soft... miss kitty is even softer though. Chakka has a short, single coat and miss kitty has a long, double coat... and shes fat, so she is extra cuddly :) lol, ever since we have had her, shes been extremely over weight like 15 lbs, she has been on a diet the whole 6 years we have had her... still nothing...but yes, they seem to be softer than most other cats, i have noticed that... chakka is my boyfriends cat, he always rubs her with his face and tells her how soft she is haha... and she sits there like what are you doing to me??? its so hillarious

oh! are your cats scared of the siphon tube? we have a long siphon that goes from the tank directly outside. my cats are TERRIFIED of it... you can dip their paws in the tank, they dont care. you can take them to the other end of the siphon where the water comes out, theyre fine... but the second you come within 3 or 4 feet of the middle of the siphon (the dry part mind you) while holding them, THEY FLIP! i mean they are literally scared for their lives lol... they kick, do somersaults in your arms, claws fully extended, eyes are huge, tials fluffed up, the whole package lol. they are scared of the least threatening part haha... i was always curious if anyone elses cat was as wierd as ours and why do you think they are scared of only that part?

As a groomer of cats for over 25 years, I have a HUGE tip for your short-haired furrbabies. Have you discovered the Furminator yet? You'll love the amounts of dead hair it removes & their coats will be soooo shiny!

I HAVE ONE!!!!! and OMG let me tell you... not even necessarily for the short haired cat... the long haired cat, holy moly, i get so much hair from her its ridiculous, i could brush her all day if i wanted to and id still get hair lol... its also really really good for mats too, cuts them right out without you having to worry that youre going to cut her skin with a pair of scissiors... best thing since sliced bread lol. they are pricey, but totally worth it, especially since we live in a one bedroom apartment with 2 cats  talk about cat hair... we would go crazy without it

LOOK AT THE SIZE DIFFERENCE! we have tried everything to keep her weight down... and its not a medical problem, our vet has been working with us... and even he cant figure out why she wont lose weight... well anyway... yes, miss kitty (the fat one) has pierced ears... please dont tell me how mean it is... i mentioned i thought it would be cool to see a cat with pierced ears... so my mom decided she would do it... this was years ago mind you... but i have left them in because they dont cause her any harm... plus they tag animals all the time... anyway... i would never do it, or let anyone else do it now that im not 16 and stupid... just to get that out of the way before anyone jumps all over me about it.

How on earth do you pierce a cats ears? I've never heard of such a thing.
