it's the same story with many hobbies, sports, and activities.........
if those who abuse, mis-use, and waste aren't dealt with directly, the rest of us will, as always, somehow end up paying the price for it

Whoever dumped those fish really went about it the wrong way... When an accident involving the death of so many fish (especially in an are such as Hawaii, where people are already very "iffy," about collection) it should be announced, and apologized for. Attempting to cover up the whole thing was a terrible idea.
