does anyone give a vitamin supplement on a regular basis to their fish?

As is the case with many folk here, I presoak all freeze-dried and frozen/thawed/rinsed foods in vitamin solutions.

But I am not familiar with the brands available to you. Others from your area will be better able to respond to that.

I use Vita-Chem, you can get it from Dr.Fosters and Smith..not sure where all they ship to though

Vita-Chem for my FW & SW fish/corals & Selcon for SW.

I truly would use Dr.Fosters and Smith, since I got 4oz for $13.50 at my LFS

I tried Zoe once and none of my fish would eat the food soaked in it.

I soak the freeze dried food for my puffer and scat 1-2 times a week with zoe and they eat it right up. I noticed the puffer has begun to gain some weight, but not in a bad way. He always used to be skinny between feedings, but not anymore.

I was just at Petsmart, and they had nothing, I asked and the guy had no clue what I was talking about, I will have to get it from BAs

Ugh, don't. Buy it online or something, unless your BA price matches. I paid a good $20 for mine and it's online for around $6. Even with shipping that's still cheaper.
