Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Please feel free to move but it if it is.

I finally got everything setup on my 30 gallon long and thought I would share.

Equipment
- Aquaclear HOB 110
- Korilia 1 powerhead
- 150watt hydor submersible heater
- Coralife t5 fixture with 2x 21watt bulbs (1 colormax and 1 6500k)

Current Plant list
- Anubias Nana Golden
- Anubias Nana
- Anubias Barteri
- Anubias Coffefolia
- Anubias Nana Petite
- Java Fern
- Needle Leaf Java Fern
- Hygro Difformis

Fish List
- 1 Figure 8 Puffer

I have wanted to do a puffer tank for a while now. I had a 30 gallon long laying around that I decided to use for it. I haven't done any type of saltwater or brackish tank and felt this was a good place/fish to start with. I only plan to keep the 1 figure 8 puffer. This is a low tech non co2 tank. Just dosing excel and lightly dosing macros and micros.

Here is the start of the hard scape.

The rocks I am using are lava rocks, the middle piece of wood between them is mopani, and the ones on the right side are manzanita. I am planning to play java ferns in between the manzanita sticks.

Got most of my plants in still deciding on where to put a few of the anubias. Also picked up my figure 8 puffer and got him acclimated. Just need to slowly raise the specific gravity to 1.005 over the next 3 weeks or so.

Little closer shot of the Anubias Nana Petites. They had been floating around in my 125g for the last 7 months finally decided to do something with them.

Couple pictures of my figure 8 puffer. He is hard to get a picture of doesnt really stop moving.

Love the tank!

What kinda substrate/gravel are you using? Looks like a good size.

Its looks very nice, seems bigger than the standard 30.
heres a stupid question
why is the bottom bumpy you know, under the substrate?

Thanks for the comments :)

The tank isn't actually bumpy at the bottom. Shadows make it look like it I can see what your talking about. I took the picture without a flash. For substrate I'm using pool filter sand. Got it from a local place in town here. I use the same stuff in my freshwater 125 gallon.
