Is PrazilPro safe with snails/shrimp/crays?

Hikari Customer Service & Support was somewhat uncommitted:

Brad - thank you for taking the time to contact us and for your support of our products. I have attached a product data sheet which should give you complete information that will help you determine if there will be any problems with your specific situation. Snails can sometimes be problematic.

It will kill them if you dose the entire tank with it. Nos so if you soak food, unless they eat that food.

If I recall correctly, my nerite snails and crayfish were in a tank that got a recommended prazipro dosage, all survived.
I'm not 100% sure they were in the tank, though.
