GSP is doing pretty well

From what i can tell so far my GSP is doing very well. He has an excellent appetite, and is swimmin around pretty well. I feed him feeder fish(found out thats a no no so ill prob stop now) and ghost shrimp. Now he enjoys these two foods very much, but i cannot get him to eat the snails i have. i have around fifty of these snails in an extra tank, and when i put them in he pretty much ignores them as far as i can tell. if i drop a maimed ghost shrimp or guppy in there he will run it down like hes starving(he isnt). i dont know, maybe my GSP just doesnt like them but i was wondering what should i do to get him to eat these? or just drop the snails. also i was thinking about feeding him a female fiddler, and maybe some worms of some sort. thoughts?

I'd go with the worms. Here are lots of other ideas:

What kind of snails are they? If they're Malaysian trumpet snails (long, thin, pointed, spiraled shell) he may have been put off by how hard their shells are. If this is the case, try ramshorns or pond snails.
The best place to find good puffer food is at your local fresh seafood shop, believe it or not. Those ghost shrimp, unless they've been gut-loaded, are not much more than water held together by a little protein.

Some times I do go there to pick up some food for my Puffers.

Clams have been my GSP's favorite. I went to the market once to buy 1 clam and when I went to check out. The lady looked at me weird. haha

thanks for all the help guys. This guy is really cool and i wanna keep him happy and living. actually recently he has developed a couple grey spots on the side of his belly, and he has been sitting at the bottom of the tank a bit. the spots go away frequently and hes about and about as im typing now so im not too concerned, i did a decent sized water change the other day so thats prob it. oh and btw thx for the advice about getting the different snails, i got some different ones and hes eating those now...but lost his appetite for guppies and ghost shrimp..wierd. thanks, and any more input or advice is well appreciated

Its good that he lost his appetite for guppies - GSPs are not natural fish eaters. Glad he's doing good though.
