I have a Ceylon puffer about 5 inches long i wanted to put another one in the tank with it but the shop only has ones about 2 inches long would it be ok to put one that size in the tank with the bigger one

Both of my Ceylons lived in the tank with my GSP's for a short time until I had their tank ready, and I never had any problems with aggression, bullying or biting. And the GSP's were much, much smaller than my Ceylons. So I would have to say "yes", but only from my experiences with mine.
