When I change water/clean the rocks I suck up little worms that live deep in the rocks. Please help!

Can you be a little more specific? What do they look like? How big?
Do you want to not suck them up, or do you want them gone?

What color?
Does your puffer often leave uneaten food?

If your running a saltwater tank and they are skinny black/brownish worms hiding in your rock yes they are bad..

It's the Baiyeli's tank, right? So FW? If they're white, then they're probably planeria, which come from overfeeding. Harmless, but a sign that there's extra food in there than needed, and thus more nitrates than should be happening, or even potential ammonia/nitrite spikes.

Havent seen signs of ammonia or nitrates. My puffer eats more than I can keep up with.I clean the rocks every water change. The puffer poops ALOT! He eats 10 mega worms a week and if I dont give him alteast one a day he will eat the minows. Sometimes ,even after I feed him untill he wont eat, he still eats 5 minows over night! He is the meanest little fish ever!
I guess ill try cleaning up the rocks more often. I try not to leave behind any remains of dead stuff in the tank. So i think the worms are from the huge amounts of poop the puffer makes.
Thanks so much i love this site
parametes (just taken)

Nitrites and nitrates are mixed up, right? 'Cause if not, then you have a major issue in that tank.
