porcupine?

how big do the porcupine puffers get?.
my gf an i seen one she has to have at lfs looks like its wearing makeup.
I have a 300g but its housing my picassos. will a 90 gal vertical tank be ok?

i believe the puffer pedia says they need 120 gallons but ive never seen them in a tank that big and they seem to do fine in a ninty but i could be wrong

They get up to a foot long. Envision a foot-long fish in a 90g tank. It wouldn't wirk.

In fact, it wouldn't reach its full size. It would be stunted by its own hormones and stop growing prematurely. Stunting results in a shortened lifespan.
