I have a tank which is 39x19x16 inches i want to put 2 ceylons in there i have a fluval u4 would this be ok

That is a 50 gallon tank and Each Cyleon needs 40 gallons each, you'd be over crowded and more than likely have big aggressiveness going on. The filter is inadequate for that tank also, it filters 260 gph and with puffer tanks you really want to shoot for 10x your tank volume. On my 55 gallon GSP tank I have 2 Marineland C-360 canister filters to handle the required filtration. Puffers are very sensitive to their water conditions and over filtration and frequent (weekly) water changes are a must to keep them healthy.
