DP's in Fluval Edge?

Just had a thought worth running by you guys. I've gone straight SW lately and wanted to try a little FW again with that new Fluval Edge tank. Do you think it would be viable to breed Dwarf puffers in it? I know the min. size is 5 gal and this is a 6 gal tank. I'm used to caring for puffers and like to do 20% water changes weekly, so would keeping 2 or 3 in here be a problem? Or should I just fill it with freshwater shrimp?

You can only have two in there.

From what I've heard about the 'Edge' it only seems viable for shrimp. I wouldn't put any DP's in it myself.

I'd go for some cherry shrimp in such a small tank! You can breed shrimp and snails for puffer food. They may breed better in a larger tank (I dunno), but they will breed in a 5g tank. Plus, cherry shrimp are fun to watch!

20% w/c a week wouldn't be sufficient for one DP, IMHO. I'd stick with cherry shrimp. I've got 4 in my 5 gallon and one has a saddle already and are fascinating!!
