So i am in the later stages of cycling my brackish tank. It's a 20 gallon long and i plan to keep a single figure 8 puffer in there. Just curious if i could fit maybe 2 or 3 of the bumblebee goby's in there as well, and if so, should i add them before i add the puffer? or will the 20 gallons bioload be to much? thanks

You could probably do 5 or six. Go for 1 every 10cm diammeter of floor area and provide plenty of little hidey holes for them using shells/plants/decor.

My F8s ate all my BBGs. Maybe better choice would be a pair of knight gobies. Fun to watch too!

oh really?? i always thought they could co exist with one another.

so now whichever goby i choose should i add them before the puffer?

yeah add them first you always want to add the most aggressive fish last so that the other fish can establish there territorys. so add them then just hope you get a midly aggressive puffer that wont eat them.
