Care: These puffers can reach over four feet in length, and a tank at least 12ft long and with plenty of room for the puffer to turn around is highly recommended. Not a fish for a beginner or small tanks, the larger the tank, the better.

My opinion:

The name might be spelled wrong.
It's caeruleopunctatus and not caerulopunctatus.
The maximum size might be wrong.
It's 80 cm or 31 inches in the relevant literature. Later in the text it says something about 4 feet, which in my opinion seems wrong, too.

I personally think 1000 gallons would be too small even for a 80 cm puffer... rather 1500 gallons, better more.
