Foam in my tank?

Its not "fine" foam, the bubbles are pretty big.. but they're accumulating and not popping. Its mostly near where the airstone is, but some foam is accumulating near the filter output. Ive never used anything soap-based to clean anything that has gone into the tank.
I dont currently have a test kit so I can't get any numbers to you (ill be getting one as soon as i get my financial aid reimbursement), but the fish seem happy and unbothered by it. They're active and vibrant, eating, etc.
I read somewhere that using a water conditioner with certain ingredients can change the surface tension and cause the bubbles, is that true? I used Tetras AquaSafe with the "BioExtract", if that helps.

Nope... nothing but the water conditioner, SAFESTART, and the fish themselves have gone into the tank. Its been there ever since I filled the tank with water and started the airstone, and i didn't think much of it.

Whoops, wrong name. I ment SafeStart... StartRight is the name of an old, old water conditioner my family used on a tank we had a LONG time ago... I havent the foggiest as to how I remembered it.

AquaSafe is pretty gooey, so maybe that's the reason. I had that happen sometimes when I used it, come to think of it.

I guess I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

Alright, that makes me feel a tad better. I think I'll do small water changes every day to gradually dilute it a little bit so it doesnt look as silly.
Edit: Or, I can just wait until I do that 50% water change next weekend, durrr.
