im getting a 30+ gallon tank and im wondering if i should get a GPS,Clown fish,yellow tail Damsel, and a angel fish? would it all fit in 1 or would the GPS eat all of them

I've thought of getting a GSP and adding it to one of my tanks but wouldn't be fair to the fish already inhabiting the tank as they like and need their fins so I will have to wait until I can get another tank specifically for GSP's before I succumb to my puffer addiction and get another one.

Maybe get a couple of GSP's and have them on their own if you don't like the thought of them being 'lonely'?

but i though the bigger the tank the better for other fishes to get alway from the puffer and stuff btw is GSP

I don't know... that's why I was referring you to the article as I figured it would be a good place to start researching and then you could get answers from those who own GSP's and have more experience with puffers in general when they are online.

GSPs are fairly coral-safe, but you're a long way from getting corals! I don't mean to turn you away - I just mean that you have a lot of research to do first. You've come to the right place to learn about GSPs, though!

In a 30g, you could have one GSP and nothing else. Not only does the GSP require 30g to live, but it also would likely eat the other fish, or at least shred them. Or, you could have some small clowns and perhaps a small angelfish (there are saltwater varieties). The damselfish and the clownfish would not get along. They are from the same family (clowns are actually a type of damsel), and they tend to be very terratorial and would require a much larger space if they are to get along.

i see but yeah like i said when they get a little older ill get a 100 gallon tank =] but ill search more about the corals and jsut buy a puffer and a small clown for now

Yeah, you're missing the point. None of the fish would even make it to that 100 gallon tank. The bioload would overwhelm the the filter. A single GSP goes in a tank for a reason, they make a heck of a mess when eating and body waste in general not just because they will kill anything else with them. 30 gallons is the minimum tank size for GSP, I'd really start a GSP in a 40 or larger.

ok i see GSP isnt right for me cause it gets too big.
if i get a Antennata Lionfish,and 2 clowns? u think that will be good?

Well, the lion fish gets big and you are correct that they don't swim much but there is more to take in to account than swim room (even though that is an issue to consider). When you are choosing stock you need to look at diet, water flow, water temp, parameter requirements, and the biggest is how much waste does it produce and can you filter it properly. We're talking biologic filtering as well as mechanical filtering.

So, LionFish is a carnivore, not a clean eater, and produces a big amount of biological waste. Would he fare well in a 30 gallon? I'm not sure, I wouldn't do it myself.

i have 3~4 filters but i am worryed that overfiltering maybe bad for the water

Lionfish eat clownfish. It sounds to me like you need to do a ton more research on SW fish species, their adult sizes & who gets along with who, etc., before getting into this. Then, what kind of filters do you have? Because if you're talking about FW filters, your 1st task is to learn about SW filtration.

2 of them is back of the tank filter 1 of them is a biowheel and not sure about the other 1
Edit:what about the smaller species of lionfish the Dwarf?

Like I said... Do more research. The only filtration you need for SW is live rock/sand & a good protein skimmer. Unless you want to be doing a ton of weekly water changes, which can get quite expen$ive.
