New Addition - MBU Puffer!

Well, as if this week hasn't been good enough with getting the Red-line puffers on Thursday, and then my lucky find of the Abei on Friday .... but today I became the new owner of a cute wee MBU puffer, which I have named 'BeeBoo'.
The poor thing was being bullied by cichlids, so I've taken him in. He's temporarily in my big tank with my community fish, and he's taken to hanging out with my SAP's, I suppose he feels comfortable with them. I fed him some shrimp earlier and I was happy to see him eat 3 big pieces. I will get him some cockles soon, as well as some other crunchy foods for him. He's only about 3 1/2", but looks good in every other way.
I will try to get some photos of my Red-lines, Abei and MBU puffer this week.

You have enough to open your own store, like Bonnie!

I've decided with the new puffers I've gotten this week that I am not getting any new ones now. The only puffer that might sway me would be that schoutedeni puffer, love to have that one, but I think my chances of getting one are very slim to nil.
I want to concentrate on the puffers I have and give them the care they deserve. In fact, I'm going to thin out my irrubesco puffers and get down to just a few, then I'm going to move all those redeye puffers into another tank, and let BeeBoo have the 4-footer until we get the bigger tank set up.
I feel very fortunate to have the puffers I have, and I am very happy as well. Still over-joyed with that Abei buy. We're still deciding if we should go over and tell the guy that sold it to us what he actually sold us for £6.
**Just a note: If anyone in the Worksop/Sheffied area of the UK is interested in starting a tank of irrubesco, let me know, I can give you a good deal on some that I'd like to find good homes**

Yeah, you do have quite the collection. I was wondering when you'd reach your quota!

Yeah, I'm done. Not going to actively look for any more puffers. I think I have enough, somewhere about 61 or 62 I think, but I'm going to cut the numbers down some.

You need to post pictures of every singe one of them. Do you have a fishroom?

No, I've literally got tanks all over the house. At night all you can hear is the sound of water! I don't mind it, and thankfully, neither does my husband. I've been very lucky that way.

Here's my sweetie -- this is BeeBoo!
He sits on the tank bottom after he eats, I suppose he's digesting. Once he's digested, he's back up and about investigating the tank. I just realised we still have a small aquatic crab in there from a couple of months ago. I thought it had died, but I seen it the other day when I was vacuuming. The poor thing won't be around much more if BeeBoo finds it. Should be interesting! There's lots in this tank for BeeBoo to occupy himself with, so I think it was a good place to put him, at least until he grows a little bit more.

Yeah, he'd just eaten a big fat piece of shrimp. He seems to eat, stuff himself, and sit a while on the bottom, and then he's up and about checking things out again. He's so inquisitive, so different from my other puffers.
