SO im almost finished my process of cycling my tank the ammonia goes down to 0.5 - 0 ppm after i add 5ppms every day so i just need to wait for the nitrites. one concern i have about my tank is there seems to be alot of white "dust" in my tank, does anyone know what that is?

and another thing i have a bunch of the white little worms in my tank i read they are harmless so im not worried. are they caused by the ammonia i am putting in the tank?

If your ammonia source is rotting food, they're just there to eat the leftovers. The white dustiness could be from rotting food, too.
