under moonlights my golden puffer isn's so golden

I turned on my moonlights for the first time tonight and my golden puffer looked completely different. The puffer appeared to be brown or so with white stripes all over his body.
is this normal?

Puffers change colors all the time, and of course the moonlights are tinted. This is probably normal.
