Can anyone recommend a sand stirring creature for a brackish tank? No Puffers, just my dragon gobies. Had a kind of light sulfur smell when I stirred it by hand today and I think it needs something that burrows continuously, large snail or something.....

A sole would probably do the job quite nicely and co-exist with dragon gobies but I think that the majority of brackish soles require a low SG around 1.005?

I keep the sand bed about 2 inches deep but these guys shift the sand around and pile it deeper in places. I'm really anal retentive about stirring it weekly but I'm starting to think that may not be enough.

Now, why would I need to be brave for MTS?

Hmmm.. 2 inches isn't much, and stirring should do the trick... but if you smell it, then I guess it's not enough.
Once you have MTS, you have them. they are very hard to get rid of.
