It almost looks like a SAP that is so stressed that its colors have faded completely.. but not quite.
Wow, I have no idea. Corvus and/or Martin Hi would be the ones to ask specifically.

Thanks for everyone to give me some ideas about my puffer. And sorry that i did not mention it,my puffer is brackish and about 6-7cm. I have got it from one man,who love the fish but he just got it also. And this puffer is quite new in my country
so it can not find the information in market.

If I'm correct it looks like a porcupine with no spikes and that weird skin disease

Nah, vibrio doesn't take spines, and it goes gray. Couldn't be a porc.

by Martin Hi.
hi,
are you from astralia? at the first glance this looks a an australian puffer species to me. and australian puffers are, as i know, only sold in australia.
please try to make some better pictures!
my forst bet would be marilyna meraukensis:

i have never heard of someone keeping this species in captivity. take care of it!

If you know or figure out how to keep it happy and healthy, let us know. It would be interesting.

I have seen pictures of these in the wild. How neat you have one as a pet.
