i have acouple puffer(fahaka,ceylon and gsp) rite now that love massivore pellets,algea wafers and nls. i was just wondering what you guys think. (good/bad)?

They also need crunchy foods, like snails and shrimp. Check out the Feeding and Diet article in the Library.

Personally I do not feed anything that has fish meal or krill meal. Mainly it is crushed fish bones, intestines and etc and it can be very oily and IMO not very good for your fish. I agree with your puffer needing more crunchy foods like snails, clams, mussels, shell-on prawns, crabs and etc. Getting a vitamin supplement into him doesn't hurt either.

I WISH Paris would still eat it, she used to love it when she was young and then one day decided to turn her nose up at it.
It won't do as a steady diet, but I found it very handy for those "I'm in a hurry and don't have time to thaw out some frozen food" moments.

thanks everyone ... i feed them clam,mussels, shrimp, crab and so on . i was just wondering if it was okay for them to eat every once and awhile because it sapost to be good food. i guess nothings as good as the real thing
