White spot & tucked fin?

Hello!
I just noticed that Puffy has been somewhat tucking his fin and there is a pretty noticable fuzzy white spot on it. The spot wasnt there this afternoon. Did he just hurt himself on something maybe? It definitely doesn't look like ich though! Also, before this, I was planning on treating him with PraziPro again because I feel like he's showing signs of IP again.
No idea why but I figure I better be safe than sorry! Anyways, what I was wondering is if the spot is most likely a boo boo or something else and if I need to treat him with Melafix and Pimafix for that, can I still use the PraziPro or should I just wait till after? Thanks in advance!

And oh! I forgot, water conditions:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
pH: 7.4
Temperature: 80 degrees
Tank Size: 30 gal, and Puffy's the only one. It's been up and running for about a week with filter & media from the old tank. I've been keeping an eye on things and making sure the water condition is fine.
Stuff I've Added: Salt & Aqua Safe
I *just* did a 30% water change and I usually do one about every 3 days unless the water isnt looking so good.
Feeding: Shrimp & Mussel

White and fuzzy is usually a little bit of fungus, he might have split a fit or bumped against something and the fungus set hold while it was healing. Usually I just try a couple big water changes and some melafix, but if it doesn't clear up after a few days of that antibiotics might be in store. I've never had to do more than water changes to clear it up though

I second that! I believe that Pimafix is also helpful for fungi.

I've got both Melafix and Pimafix going in there.
Is it okay for me to add PraziPro as well or should I just wait till after this?

PraziPro is for parasites, not fungi.

I'd probably hold off on the parasite treatment for now, don't want to stress him out more.
