I have a GSP and i have heard that a big problem with captive fish that you should what out is that they can get parasites in the water witch in turn can kill the fish. I have heard of many products that you can use to treat this but the main problem is that they all have copper in it. ( this kills inverts and doesnt let them live in ur tank) So if i wanted to get ghost shrimp and snails to feed my GSP that wouldnt work so what should i use? So if any of you guys use something else or it works in ur tank let me know im a newbie with GSPs but i have been around fish all my life so just let me know thanks 8)

For IP's I have used gel-tek ultra cure px. You soak the food in it and the fish eat it. If the fish dosen't eat then you have to treat the whole tank. For treating the whole tank I've used prazipro. I also had ghost shrimp in the tank at the time and they are still alive. For camallanus worms I used Levamisole Hydrochloride and again with the shrimp in the tank and the same shrimp are still in there. Hope this helps. :D
