this has been a bad week for me and my tanks.. first the heater crashed on my barbs tank and cooked all of them!! then the tank I was keeping my oscar in started leaking so I moved him into the tank with my arrowhead with a devider ( cause I had to run to get to work) but when I got home the oscar must have pushed the devider down and all thats left is a head and a very happy arrowhead!! THE OSCAR WAS TWICE HIS SIZE!! I knew he could eat him but wow!! this sucks!!!

That sucks about the barbs too. what heater is it, and how long have you had it? Sorry for your losses.

Well, now you don't have to feed the suvatti for a while... I guess... Dang. Poor oscar.

it was an older heater that came with the tank.. I got it used a couple months ago.. I never really trusted the type that hung from the top of the tank but the guy a got it from said it worked great.. oh well.. I didnt have the oscar very long so I wasnt very attached to him but it really sucked about the barbs.. they were my first fish

Sorry for your losses. What type of barbs were they? And WOW about the oscar... Imagine if it was a fahaka!
