Try this link:

unfortunately I'm at work and we are using an old browser and I cannot upgrade.
This is what I did get to read:
Eye injuries usually occur during shipping and handling, especially if the fish is struggling. Blood in the eye, however, is generally due to infection or ...
Hope it works for you. If not when I get home in an hour I'll try again.

Is it possible that she injured it on driftwood or something in the tank?

Some bacterial infections can go for a few days before they show any signs/symptoms. If it is both eyes I'm betting it's infection like the start of pop-eye or something on that line. Is the blood in the globe of the eye, on the outside of the eye, or in the tissue surrounding the eye?

That sounds like an infective process, more then likely bacterial. Hemorrage from the brain doesn't travel in to the eys as the eye is a closed globe and multi chambered. When you do see blood in the eye is is usually caused by broken vessels within the eye itself (trauma) or irritation (from infection or other source) with in the globe of the eye. To be honest I do not know what the treatment for an infection of the inside fo the eye would be for a fish. Gentimyacin or Tobramyacin is the normal treatment for humans and some different IV antibiotics.

Shoot Corvus a PM. He knows, well, all kinds of stuff about bacterial things that I can't even begin to understand! :) I'm sure he'll have a solution.

i have only just noticed her teeth are cracked and a huge peice is missing off the point of the beak! has anyone ever heard of this? only thing i can think of to draw it together is if for some reason she swam into the glass at speed?

Or into a hard piece of decoration. That's not at all unheard of. To my knowledge, the fish have always recovered easily, but this eye could be a complication.

Once you get her eyes better then you can trim her teeth. I have seen a puffer before with one side longer than the other, after a few bites out of a mussel the other side broke off and they were even again. I sure hope she starts to feel better soon. :(
