Foods for Marine Fry

If a pair of marine puffers were to breed would commercially available liquid fry foods appropriate for marine fry or are these products strictly meant for freshwater fry? I have read that freeze dried foods (specifically krill) are not appropriate for puffers as they can cause lock jaw and these liquid foods seem to contain freeze dried calanoid copepods. The other ingredients appear to be things that can be purchased at a grocery store and formulated at home... which I would think is a healthier alternative to commercial foods which contain preservatives.

Live brime shrimp makes a good fry food also frozen bloodworms.
Within a few weeks the fry would be the size of a dwarf puffer then you can start to feed more variety.

You can get pods online that you can store in your refrigerator. Then as they get older you can do the brine shrimp and bloodworms. Or a mixture of the three.

Baby brineshrimp, green water (contains a lot of small insects etc) liquid coral feed etc...
