Rocks and silicone

I have some rocks I plan to silicone together, but don't know what to use.
I have Power Grab adhesive, it says "water clean up" and is fully set up in 24 hours, no ingredients, nor does it say 100% silicone

I also have some GE Silicone II. it says 100% silicone sealant and the ingredients are some siloxanes, treated silica, and some silanes, with a VOC of less then 50g/L..... but under "not for" it lists aquariums. Is this due to potentially toxic chemicals, or because they don't trust it to hold an aquarium together?

Help?

What you want is GE Silicone I (not II). Silicone I is perfectly safe for aquariums, whereas Silicone II uses anti-bacterial chemicals (I believe), which you definitely don't want entering your tank.

So go with GE Silicone I. :)
