i went to one of the LFS around me adn they had what they called a tyler's toby. i looked it up and the closest match i could get was a canthigaster tyleri. granted i don't have a salt water tank but i would like to know more about this puffer and know if anyone has had one. iv'e never even heard of one until now so is it a new species, really rare, or and i'm just sheltered from the world of marine puffers? he's a very friendly little guy and going for $40 USD. i wish i could set up a tank for him, but alas, i'm heading off to college in a couple months, and can only bring one tank with me! i think i might cry when i have to leave my 20 and one of my puffer tanks behind.

Sometimes occurs in trade, is often confused with Canthigaster leoparda, especially when young, generally stays smaller than the C. valentini.

I was just looking up the leoparda, since Blue Zoo Aquatics had been advertising them. Looks like a really cool species.
