Nope. Ceylons don't have spots like that. I'm looking in the Pufferpedia for a match, but I'm not seeing anything right now. I wouldn't buy it, anyway. Its fins are in awful shape, so who knows what else could be wrong with it?

I've seen that puffer before. Some people have them on the forum. I believe it may be a brackish species, not sure though. A terrible temper though.

If that is the puffer you'd be getting, it's a Fang's puffer. One of the Target species, totally FW & mean!

It looks pretty awesome!
Honestly, the fins aren't all that bad. If it was in a bag with other fang's puffers, I say he's probably king of the castle from the batch!

Looks like possible overgrown teeth though.
I'm not good with telling the target species apart, but its definately a target of some sort, which means freshwater lurker-ish, mean temperment, and 20+ gallons
