Arothron Black Dog Face Puffer and Mappa Puffer

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone have had these two puffers in the same tank. I currently have a 180 gal FOWLR and already have a 6" mappa puffer and wanting to get the Arothron Black Dog Face Puffer but wasn't sure if they are compatible??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The tank is already way too small for the Mappa. They need at LEAST 250g, but I would put them in something closer to 500g.

Yep, 250. Don't add anything else in there, and be on the lookout for something bigger.
By the way, the PufferPedia is requestiong that anyone who has owned a Mappa post on the Encyclopedia forum about them, since so little about care is known.

It kills me reading about these big tanks and these big puffers. I swear if I ever won the lottery I'd spend it all on fish and tanks.

I would not add any other puffers/triggerfish/or other big fish. Maybe go with some damsels if your looking for more fish?

I have a Mappa, and "babysat" a friend's dogface for a few months. IME, there isn't such a thing as puffers that don't occasionally nip at each other, but they got along fine for the most part. I'm not really a fan of keeping puffers together though, and always keep only one per tank.
