Has anyone noticed that fish colours get brighter when meds

Has anyone else noticed that when they've used Melafix and Pimafix the fish in the tank's colours get brighter/stronger?
I added these meds and it was like someone had turned up the contrast up in my tank

I haven't noticed that, but if they were providing your fish with some relief of discomfort, intensification of the colors might result from that.

I never thought of that
