Can somebody please exaggerate on the temperment of these puffers? Are they, like most puffers, unpredictable, or are they generally passive or aggressive? Thanks guys!

Seem to remember they have done alright with conspecifics, but not so well with other fish...
but you know you better wait for people who own them.

my professional opinion though:
Unpredictably passive aggressive.

Unpredictably passive aggressive, as predicted (fixed that for ya')

Yeah, i think Unpredictably passive aggressive is the best way to put it... my palembang seems to tolerate his Tire Track Eel tank mate, but chuck in any other fish and its always ended up with the other fish dying within no more than about a month either from getting eaten, or from the bite wound...

ive heard of arrows and Palembangs kept together before

As with all puffers, there are differences between the specimens. I would never keep anything together with my little Dragonfly. She is definitely so aggressive that everything else would have been killed straight away. I love her.

Interesting. Too bad I don't have any room for another tank or I'd pick up one of these guys
