What's wrong with Puff now?

Puff has always had lumps in his body, mostly around his tail, but lately, he'll get lumps around his head, or in the middle of his body. The lumps come and go, but are always somewhere on his body. Sometimes he'll get so excited at feeding time puff will suck up a little bit of air or water, I'm guessing that could explain the lumps? And if it is water or air in his body, should I try to "burp" him? Puff is currently being treated with Prazi and melafix, for that worm thing I posted about earlier, and so far I haven't seen any more worms and Puff is acting normally. Pictures of the lump he currently has on his head are below:

My guess would be a cyst or nematode, especially if it moves around. Not much you can do in either case.

There is a fellow here who has done surgery to remove nematodes. Do a search for that. I suggest just keeping an eye on it for now though.

I'd be searching just like you would. Can't remember the fellow's name. Maybe someone else here does.
Could always write to this guy:
