Could someone please confirm the ID of these puffers:

I'm thinking of a T. turgidis or target puffer...

They are 12 cm by the way. So should not be possible??

The red dot definately indicates a Fang's, but they generally grow to 7cm.

What kind of substrate do they need. Do they bury themselves?

No, but they like to hang out in caves & plants.

I live in holland and get alot of puffer questions, because I have had alot over the past 7 years. But I always seem to have difficulty with the target group :)
