Unfortunatly, Golfball passed away - he had a good 3+ years. After cleaning up his tank and thinking I'd use it for some of my baby Cichlids ... we came upon this little guy - nice little Orange Saddle Puffer. Very swimmy, very active. Reading up on the correct care now - but getting mixed information on the web, hhmmm ...

But - just wanted to show him off a bit ... do take a look at my live FishCam, he comes to the camera every so often!

Yes! The very first day - he took a nose dive right under ... but hasn't since. I'd like to keep one of my FishCams on him in a position folks can see him ... but he's ALL OVER the tank!

They are active little critters...and you have a gorgeous one....congratulations!

Wow he's so cool. I know this thread has moved down the list a bit now but I'm just curious about something. Is it true they need like 50 gals just for one? Just wondering.

I'm not sure about that - but I currently have him in a 29g with a pretty strong 2217 and good circulation. He's doing dandy (for now).

IME, A 55 is great for them. What temp do you have him at?
