I have two GSP and I just discovered some strange behavior about them. Usually, my puffer swim around in my 10 gallon tank. Just a few hour ago. Both of them is facing a certain direction motionless watching at something. I have no idea what interested them that much. They just stay under the water surface
Do anyone of you know anything about this experience

No i'm afraid I don't know, but do you keep two GSPs in a 10 gallon tank?

Puffers hanging out up at the top and swimming in place can be a sign of a stressed puffer, so I'd keep a close eye on them. And like riggers says, 10 gallons for 2 puffers is unacceptable - you need at least a 20 gallon tank for each of them, provided they are still quite small. If they don't start acting normally within the next few hours, post in the Hospital part of the forum.

Are they eating? Was the tank cycled before you got them?
