Would I be able to feed my fahaka puffer disease free feeder fish such as comets, minnows, or gold fish? If so how often?

Feeders are not good for your Fahaka as they are full of fat and not so much nutrients. Your puffer needs a varied diet of things like: snails, mussels, crayfish, clam, shrimp, squid, etc. You must vary the diet as well for the long term health of the puffer. Your crunchy-like foods also keep the puffers teeth worn down preventing you for having to cut them yourself.
Check out the library for articles on feeding for more information.

like i always say, go to the seafood counter of the nearest raley's, safeway, or other supermarket and get every crustacean and mollusk available, and if you want excitement then get a crayfish

Check out the frozen sea food at your local oriental or asian market! I stock up with 6 months worth of food for like $10 including squid, cuttle fish, shrimp, cockles, mussels, snails, crab, you name it!
