Gonna go to the store today and pick up some food, which would be better frozen krill or frozen myris shrimp?
Also going to get some bloodworms any other frozen that I should get?

Frozen brine shrimp are good, from my experience, but as for the krill or myris shrimp, the only way to tell is buy a small amount and try it out on your puffer. Try to find some live ghost shrimp, and definitely try to accumulate as many snails as you can because many puffers love them and some, like the GSP, depend on them when young. They also need to crunch hard things up or else their teeth will get overgrown. You can also go to your local grocery store that has a fresh seafood department and buy a live clam or oyster - and again, they must be alive, with the shell tightly closed. If your puffer is still small, you'll get many, many meals out of one clam or oyster by cutting it up into tiny pieces and freezing each piece individually.

i feed all three and market shrimp

my puffer is gaining the fabulous waistline i see on others puffers (yes, he misses feedings)

Krill is known to cause lockjaw though.

Mysis shrimp must not be as tasteful as brine shrimp as my puffer seems not to like the mysis shrimp. Guess I'll stick to the brine shrimp and bloodworms & snails even ever I can get them.

What kind of puffer is it?
Brine shrimp isn't very good for puffers either. It is devoid of most vitamins needed for puffers, it's the equivalent of you eat potato chips.
Not even dp's benefit from brine shrimp.

F8 what about plankton same as krill?
