I was wondering what the averaged size is of an South American puffer.
First I had three small ones, they were about 0,5 inch max. They are now living with a friend of mine because I got in a rescue SAP.
He's rather big, never seen one about the same size. Sparrow is without tail about: 2.6inch.

one of mine is 2.5" or so and the other ones are about an 1.5" and still goin. I don't think that the 2.5 is gonna get much bigger bee that size for quite a while now.

I've tried the little ones with the big one. But the little ones kept harassing the big one.
Then the big one attack one of the little ones. He didn’t get injured but I was to scared to keep them together for longer periods when I couldn’t keep an eye on them.
Still would like to get him some friends, looking for some bigger SAP’s

Mine are ~2.5-3" (I'd err on the shorter end of that), and have been for a while now. I doubt they'll get any larger.
