Feeding my Gsp

Hi, so I've had my Gsp for about a week now, and he hasn't been too interested in food until tonight when I fed him a couple of mollusks' that i captured from the beach. He loves them, it's the first time i've seen him at work! He like attacked this thing! So, I'm wondering if it's possible for him to overeat and become sick? Should I take out the food when I feel that he's had enough, or just let him decide? Also, I put a hermit crab in his tank and he just pokes at it. Will it hurt him? Thanks <3

he might eat the hermit crab that seems to be where picking goes but as far as over eating he should have a little belly and on top of that i dont advise a hand going into a crazed puffers tank so try to only give him a bit then more if you dont think its enough

thanks Jimi! But are they really that aggressive? He's so little, I doubt he's going to bite me!

Give him enough food to make his belly slightly rounded--then remove & do a water change, since your tank is so small.

I've been bitten a couple of times by my smallest GSP (approx 1")- He also attacks the net handle when I put it in the tank!!!
