my 3 f8s are doing fine now. i gave them icks meds and it went away i also upgraded them to a 30 gallon with black sand.they seem to be doing good. i have obtained quite a few snails from rivers and ponds on fishing excursions(alot of credit goes to my fiance as she loves to wander off and explore and found most of them).so i am hoping they will breed so i can give them some crunch for their teeth. i was wondering what i can put in with them to clean up the leftover bloodworms cause trying to get it with a net stirs up the sand which ends up getting caught in the filter and stops it until i unjam it(starting to think sand was a bad idea). i saw some posts about ghost shrimp but wouldnt the puffs chomp anything like that if they were in there?

I'd say feed more slowly, so all bloodworm is eaten. I use a dropper, and just put in as much as they can eat at a time, enough times in a row that all bellies are full.

Corys are VERY sensitive to salt, brackish kills them rapidly. And yes, they're very likely to be killed by puffers.

Since it is recommended that 1 F8 go in a 15g & every 1 more is another 10g, your tank is stocked. No more fish.
